• No refund will be issued once classes have commenced unless stated otherwise in writing.
• Kaal reserves the right to cancel a batch due to insufficient enrollment. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Lighting designs
• Curriculum
• Videos
• PDFs
• Training modules

are the intellectual property of Kaal Academy.

Students may not:

• Reproduce
• Distribute
• Record
• Resell
• Share course content

without prior written permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Maintain professional behavior.
• Respect faculty and fellow students.
• Handle equipment responsibly.
• Avoid misconduct, harassment, or damage to property.

Kaal reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct without refund.

8. Equipment Usage & Liability

Students using studio or lighting equipment must:

• Follow safety instructions.
• Use equipment under supervision (if required).
• Accept responsibility for damage caused due to negligence.

Kaal is not responsible for personal belongings lost on campus.

9. Certification

Certificates will be issued only upon:

• Successful course completion.
• Meeting attendance requirements.
• Clearing practical and theoretical assessments.
• Full payment of fees.

Certification does not guarantee employment.

10. Placement Assistance

If placement support is offered:

• It is assistance only.
• Job placement is not guaranteed.
• Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
